Growing Method

Our butterhead lettuce is grown in open fields, greenhouses and on gutters. Field-grown lettuce develops in the open air, which gives it a natural growth and firm structure. In greenhouses, the plants are protected from the weather, allowing for more even growth. Gutters are used for efficient, elevated cultivation, making it possible to grow more lettuce in a smaller area. This way, we can offer fresh butterhead lettuce all year round.
