Celeriac fries
Make delicious celeriac fries by cutting the celeriac into sticks, drizzling with oil and spices, then baking them in the oven or air fryer.
Prevent oxidation
Celeriac browns quickly when exposed to air. To prevent this, sprinkle it with a little lemon juice or vinegar.
Peeling
You can peel celeriac more easily by first cutting it into thick slices, then peeling each slice. Removing a fairly thick layer of the skin gives the best flavour.
Cutting
Cut off the top and bottom of the celeriac and peel it with a vegetable peeler. Then slice the celeriac, and cut the slices into strips or cubes as desired.
