Jos and Monique Vandersmissen

In Halle you’ll find Jos and Monique. As a fourth generation, they grow organic broccoli and organic pumpkins. Previously, the farm was a mixed operation with livestock and arable crops. When they took over in 1989, they decided a few years later to specialise in organic cultivation. Driven by their ecological principles, they now grow only organic produce across their 30 ha of farmland. With the help of their team, they work from dawn till dusk to cultivate top-quality organic vegetables.
