Family De Busschop

Koen and Nathalie run a small family farm in Beverst. They grow a variety of crops all year round.

In spring, they grow white asparagus. Outside of the asparagus season, they mainly focus on pointed cabbage and savoy cabbage. This helps to spread the workload nicely throughout the year.

At the moment, the farm is still quite small, but it’s growing steadily. They aim to specialise further in growing different types of cabbage. Their goal is to offer a variety of delicious products all year round.
