Root parsley

Root parsley, also known as Hamburg parsley, is a forgotten vegetable we’re happy to rediscover. It looks a bit like a small parsnip, but has a unique flavour — a subtle mix of parsley and celery, with a soft, earthy note. You can prepare it just like a carrot or parsnip: in soup, mash, stew or roasted in the oven.
