Family Van Den Eynde

Growing has been in the Van den Eynde family’s blood for five generations. Koen joined the business in 2005, and his brother Jens made the switch recently. The family currently grows several types of lettuce and fennel.

Koen encourages consumers to buy as many local products as possible. “Locally grown produce is always fresher and comes with a much smaller CO2 footprint,” he explains.
