Family Lambrecht

Since 1990, the Lambrecht family has specialised in year-round pepper cultivation. The second generation has been active in the business since 2004. They grow red and yellow peppers on a 5-hectare site. The pepper plants are planted in November. From January onwards, the first fruits are kept on the plant. Production picks up in March and continues through to October.
